Ok. This case is not intuitive on how to open. The only help was in the comment replies that gave a url that when I copied and pasted didn’t come up with anything. The link is not in the FAQs only in some replies to comments. Really looking forward to trying the pipe but dealing with opening the case needs to be improved.

To difficult to operate, trying to open it the dry herb holder falls off, good idea, poor design. Sorry wouldn't recommend.

Got it! The direction of force applied is not straight up. Pull on one side if the top while squeezing. Same thing when re-attaching. Put one side under the little notch and snap down the opposite side.
The pipe holder is very hard to open at the top part where the pen and lighter would go in to. The bottom part was easy to slide open. I don't want to pry it open because it is made of plastic and I don't want to break it. Not sure the best way to open the top. On another site, it say's to squeeze the top to open. NOT EASY!! I feel like throwing it against the wall because I am so frustrated!!! I purchased two of these, one for me and one for my brother.

its hard to open. i would have to say its not worth the price. but if you need to hold the hippie and you don't care about spending the money it will do the job
