Refund policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items: 

Gift cards.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, check the return address and instructions provided by our support team. Items returned not in original condition, damaged, missing parts (for reasons not due to our error), or returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of your refund's approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a standard processing window.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, posting can take time.
  3. Contact your bank, there's often processing time before a refund posts.
  4. Still nothing? Contact us at support@thehippiepipe.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To exchange a defective item for the same product, email support@thehippiepipe.com.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the return value, and a gift certificate will be mailed to you once we receive the item.

  • If the item wasn't marked as a gift (or the gift-giver had it shipped to themselves), the refund goes to the gift-giver, and they'll be notified of the return.

Shipping Your Return

To return your product, contact our support team for return instructions. You are responsible for your own return shipping costs. Delivery time for exchanges may vary by location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, we can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.
