Looking for a refreshing treat to cool you down? Look no further than our Oreo shake infused with AVB! Oreos have been a beloved classic for over a century, and this no-bake recipe is a perfect way to enjoy them on hot days.
AVB, or Already Vaped Bud, pairs perfectly with fatty foods like milkshakes, making this shake a delicious and effective way to get your dose. Simply toss Oreos, ice cream, milk, and a small amount of AVB into a blender and blend until smooth. If you prefer crunchy Oreos in your shake, blend the ice cream and milk first and add the cookies later.
For those who prefer plant-based options, you can easily swap out the ice cream and milk for non-dairy alternatives. Just be sure to grind the AVB into a powder to help hide it in the shake.
As always, be cautious when experimenting with dosage. The strength of AVB can vary depending on the original bud, time of vaping, and personal sensitivity. Start with a small amount and increase as needed. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the dreamy goodness of our Oreo shake with AVB!
Oreo shake with AVB Recipe
Ingredients: (2 servings)
- 5-6 pieces of Oreo cookie
- 2 cups of ice cream (depending on your choice - can be vanilla, cookies, and cream, or chocolate or all of them)
- 2 cups of milk
- 3-4 g of water cured AVB (depending on your tolerance - use 2 g if you are just experimenting)
Toss all the ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend it until it is smooth.
- You can grind the water-cured AVB into a powder-like substance, to hide it better in your shake.
- If you like crunchy Oreo pieces in your shake, blend the ice cream and the milk first and add the cookies later. In this case don’t blend the mixture completely, just use the pulse option on the blender until you reach the desired consistency.
- If you are not a big fan of dairy, you can change the ice cream and the milk to plant-based options. There are great choices on the market.
You don’t have to worry about the Oreos, they don’t contain dairy anyway.
We can’t say it enough! Always be cautious when trying to figure out your dosage.
AVB’s strength depends on the original bud, the time of your vaping session, and your sensitivity.
