We fulfill orders within 24 to 48 hours from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and Holidays. If an order was placed during the weekend, the item will be fulfilled by the following Monday, at the latest by Tuesday.
We ship via USPS first class mail to USA and Canada. It takes 3-5 business days to deliver in the US and 7-21 business days for International Shipping.
Note: Since it's brand new, the locking mechanism is still tight and makes it hard to open at first. But eventually, after a few times, it'll loosen and it'll be easier to open.
Here are the steps on how to clean the Hippie Pipe X:
1. Unscrew the mouthpiece and remove it.
2. The spring and air tube will slide out easily.
3. To remove the wooden handle, rotate and wiggle as you pull it off.
4. To remove the chamber screen, push the brush tool into the air tube and against the back of the screen until it pops out.
5. To clean the parts(with the exception of the wooden handle), soak them in isopropyl alcohol for at least 30 minutes and clean with the brush after if needed.
6. Let the parts dry or wipe them off with a paper towel and re-assemble.
